The Gross Weight is 7.5 t. Dimensions: 8m long x 2.3m wide x 3.5m tall. Road tax is a low £165 per year. The current MOT is valid until August 2024.
Here I need to add the vehicle was purchased for a charitable project but due to a change in direction was not used. Because of this I will try my best to answer any questions about the living area of the build.
The living area is spacious and includes a shower, kitchen area, sleeping areas for six people, storage, and cassette toilet. The fully functional kitchen area includes a Smev hob and sink, microwave and three mode (gas, electric and mains electric) fridge. The side of the living area has folding doors along with robust folding steps for easy access, so it can be fully opened to enjoy fresh air and scenery, which is an amazing feature. Extra light and ventilation is provided by two large opening skylights. This has all been tested and works well.
Other fittings include a large fresh water storage tank, electrical hookup, large diesel generator (I don’t know how to start) and a hot and cold water system. I am not 100% sure how to get the generator working as it should be. The awning is broken and needs replacing or removing.
At the rear of the vehicle is a spacious garage/workshop area longer than the sleeping bed above the garage, as tall as the full vehicle height at the entrance. There is also a professionally fitted reinforced heavy duty tow bar. See photos for more details.
This is a fantastic vehicle that has so much potential to customize as a mobile home, holiday camper or mobile workshop, hence why it was purchased for a charitable project. I am not an expert on the habitation fittings but the vehicle was fully tested and inspected before purchase, so I will try and answer any questions as best as I can.
There is a little room for negotiation on price for a quick sale as this would reduce long term storage costs.
