The Lunar Telstar is a great 2 birth motorhome for a young couple to get out and about in. It is based on a Renault Master with a 2.5 ltr diesel engine with 120 bhp. It weighs less than 3.5ton, (3120kg last time it was weighed), and with an auto gearbox and cruise control, is quite good on fuel.
With the motorhome, I am selling the tow car that I used with it. Depending on your plans, a car can be invaluable and a Toyota Aygo is on of the best. Also automatic. Both are ready to go from here to wherever you like.
It comes with 2 x leisure batteries, nearly new. 2 x 6kg calor propane bottles. Small amount of gas in one. (Sorry, gas required for caravan). Approx 25m 240v extension cable on reel. Wheel chocks for levelling. Hose for filling water tank. Whale pump for pumping water from container. Small butane gas bottle with adapter, (approx 3kg size). Bullfinch gas bbq adapter to fit the external bbq point on the motorhome. Large Fiamma back box, (also invaluable on this size vehicle). It has all the usual stuff inside, Dometic 3 way fridge/freezer, 4 burner hob with grill and oven + bottom pan drawer, microwave, very good tv aeriel, (360 deg), Truma gas and electric heating and water heater. Onboard water tank (67ltr) with matching grey water tank. Captains swivel chairs up front. The upholstery is in good shape but we covered the seating/bed area to keep them in good order. Can be taken off or left on, your choice.
You may notice some slight fading to the decals. I was going to get them replaced but because I want to sell it, I thought , maybe I wouldn’t make the right choice. Its not a big job, not expensive but can make a difference to the look. We can discuss. So much more choice these days.
I have plenty of photos if you want to see them. Just ask.
Please bear in mind the cost of setting vehicles up to this type of use. I am open to offers for just the moho. I’m open to any sensible offers really.
