Currently has no MOT, last MOT expired in 2020. It’s been in storage since then, outside but on a hard standing. I have the V5C, its currently declared SORN.
I bought it in 2018 and used it without any issues for 2 years, in 2020 it went into storage during the lockdowns and hasn’t been back on the road since. I’ve kept it with the plan to put it back into use as we had some great holidays in it, but just haven’t got round to it.
I’ve been starting it every couple of months and driving it around the storage site where it’s located, unfortunately when I visited it this month it has started to leak a little bit in a couple of places (in a cupboard and next to the central skylight) so I’ve decided now is the time for it to go to a new home, with someone who has the time to sort it out and use it.
It has stayed very dry whilst in storage, but with the two leaks starting these will need fixing asap by the new owner.
There are lots of bits that need sorting but could be an excellent base for someone with the skills and time to get it back into use.
There is a set of led lights that I bought to replace some of the lighting but haven’t got around to doing. I’ve fitted new wiper blades, a battery, sink tap and a wing mirror in the last 2 years.
This motorhome is 36 years old and showing lots of signs of its age and use, if you’d like to view it please contact me and do so before the end of the auction.
The sink has been removed from the toilet shower room by the previous owner, the toilet worked the last time I used it, haven’t check it recently.
I’ve never used the oven or gas heater as we only used it in the warmer months and had a microwave and bbq. I haven’t ever had a habitation check done as we only used gas for the hob and switched it off at the bottle when not in use.
The hob, sink and taps all worked the last time I used them but not checked recently. There is a large water storage tank, electric hookup cable, hoses and various other things needed for daily usage stored under the seating. Kitchen area extraction and lighting work. Fridge was working fine the last time we used it.
Most things like the windows, mosquito nets, blinds, are present and serviceable but could do with some tlc. Flooring and carpets are OK but again they are well used.
It’s very well used but would be great fun if you have the time…
Please only bid if you want to buy. It is being sold as spares or repair, please remember it does not have an MOT. I’m not offering any delivery, buyer will need to collect it.
