Peugeot Boxer 1.9td, AutoCruise Vision 20/20. We’ve owned this Motorhome for a few years and it has taken us on many holidays around England and Wales , never once letting us down. It is a 3 berth, it has a double bed that slides out behind the driver’s seat, and on the opposite side the table drops to form a single bed. It is well equipped and very comfortable and warm, AutoCruise motorhomes were very well made. The interior is immaculate and original, it is spacious and has a bathroom with flush loo, sink and shower with storage, the kitchen has cupboard space, sink with hot and cold water and a 4 burner hob with oven/grille. There is a separate wardrobe, masses of storage space in the many upper cupboards, and it has a good sized fresh water storage tank and grey water tank. Heating is by blown hot air heating, and it has 12v power and 240v hook up, the fridge can be powered via gas or electric and has a small freezer compartment. The interior trim is great and still looks very fresh, the front seats are covered but are perfect underneath the seat covers. There are three travel seats with seats belts. It’s what’s classed as a low profile roof, and is just compact enough to fit into a standard car parking space which is really useful. The van has been fully serviced with all new filters and oil, it has had recent new front brake discs and pads, a new radiator, new timing belt and water pump, new LUK clutch kit and new starter motor and new Yuasa heavy duty battery. It has just been MOTd and passed without any advisories, the body and underside are all original and in excellent condition, not major rust or rot at all, it has been protected with clear Lanoguard underneath and I’m the cavities so nothing is hidden. The one small negative with our motorhome is there is a bit of a crunch on second gear, we have been using it this way for two years and by selecting second a little more slowly it selects fine so hasn’t been a bother to us, but being completely honest if you wanted this issue resolved it would need a reconditioned gearbox. There are three reputable companies on selling them at around £1100 to £1300, it would then be a perfect motor home that is completely solid and strong, and very comfortable, but equally you could continue to do what we have and slow the selection of second down to drive around the issue. We have made an allowance for this in our reserve. Any questions please ask away, viewing encouraged as it is a great little motorhome, based in Anglesey (North Wales). Payment is by way of £200 deposit in winning the auction, and the balance cash on collection. Full receipt given, and we have all the user manuals, invoices and V5/MOT.
