Lots of overhead cupboards. Storage under bench seating, plus storage under the seating in the lounge. Very large drawer that pulls out at the back of van, for extra storage. Approximately 5 feet long. LED lighting throughout the van, plus an outside light on the side of van. 240v tv plus a 12v tv, Ariel on the roof. Brand New carpet in the lounge area. The rest of the van has been cladded and carpeted. Full size wind out awning roof, comes with attached front and sides, zip type! Further storage in the under belly lockers. Locker for gas bottle with a suitable inner metal storage box.
The bench seating turns into a small double bed as does the longe area into a full size queen double. You can make the bed up in minutes. Obviously the van has been very well maintained because of the service it was used for. The only advisory on the mot in its life was for tyres. Will come with a new mot.
Starts first time every time. Cab is like new. Has a camera at the rear. Very low miles. Been converted to live off grid! Has a long cable to connect to 240v hookup. Brand new leisure battery that can be accessed from a flap on the side.
The van is all up an running, there is nothing that needs doing! The weight is 5.2 ton, can be driven on a normal licence. Engine size is 5.5 litre, it is surprisingly very good on diesel. If living of grid, it needs the engine to run every couple of days for half an hour to charge the battery! You can run everything including the tv for a couple of days or so. It will come with all the utensils pots and pans ect, cutlery ect ect! Micro oven, toaster, kettle, all 240v, plus a kettle for gas cooker!
The van is completely water tight, no leaks, no damp, nothing! There are plenty of coat hooks ect all around. There is a tower that pops up from the counter for 240v plugs plus 3 usb points.
Diesel heater that blows hot air. It consumes about 0.5 liters an hour! Makes the van nice and warm in minutes. All the sliding windows have Roman blinds installed. There are 3 skylights installed in the roof. There are 2 doors, one on the side and one at the rear. Side door has a viewing window as well. Wine rack is installed below the sink. With draws and cupboards for all your plates ect!
Year of van 11. There are 3 sets of keys for the doors. There is a key safe attached under the bumper holding a spare key. 2 sets of keys for the cab and ignition. Van is in my name on the logbook! There is also a tracking devise that can be transferred to you if needed!
