Great little camper, working oven, gas is working, cold water working, all blinds function properly, its usable straight away, not the fastest and will go along at 60 all day, reliable too, all tires are fine, spare included and also comes with a blow up/inflatable awning which cost over £600 when new, good condition.
Please see pictures, signs of wear and tear, has had a patch on at one time but is currently fully watertight, hot water supply…

Please see pictures, signs of wear and tear, has had a patch on at one time but is currently fully watertight, hot water supply not working but we just used the kettle and on site showers, possibly fixable I’m unsure. could do with a wash but aside from that its all ready to use!
