Hi this is a well used van we have had it about 9years getting to big for us now and we looking at maybe a static locally, there’s some nicks and knocks but for its year it’s still in a fair condition, everything works but there’s some things that do need attention, if we were to keep her another year we would definitely get these things done . I’m going to list everything I would do if we do get to keep her I’m only listing this once if it don’t sell , it’s ment to be . Ok so here is everything I think needs attention!1. The habitation lock has worn so we can lock the door from the inside and leave through the cab , but we can use it without problems otherwise.2. The step in gets wet slightly as you enter the door has dropped slightly.3.The knob on the ridge needs replacing but fridge works fine.4 the bathroom door keeps sliding off the rail I think it needs a new rail.5. The sink in the bathroom needs sealing.6. Out side we filled a bit on one side it’s quite small but filled it ourselves , some of the decals have come off for the age of the van it’s still good to look at .7.The out side waste tap is stuck so we use a stopper untill we need to empty works well.
It comes with a brand new 12 months MOT, and the next hab service is due in august .There’s plenty of life in this van and it’s been absolutely fantastic now our kids have grown up we just don’t use it so much it’s a shame to keep it , we do have a dog that goes everywhere with us although our van is clean the mileage is just under 50,000 PLEASE COME AND VIEW IT BEFORE YOU CONSIDERING BUYING!On 09-Apr-24 at 20:12:33 BST, seller added the following information:Just to say this has had 2 previous owners we are the 3rd owner also there are 2 gas bottles and 1 is full the other is about half ,the wind out awning was replaced 2019 as well ,also we had a larger leisure battery fitted as we was doing quite a bit of wild camping , this was placed behind the driver seat , although a smaller one could be put back under the seat if not needed.
