We are selling simply to downsize to a converted van, we find it easier to drive something smaller around the UK.
As it’s a private sale, there’s no VAT on the price.
Last MOT done in 02/04/24 with no advisories, mileage at the time was 38,977, may rise slightly if we go on another trip during the time the listing is up!
Proper LPG tank installed that powers all the utilities like cooker, heating, ect.
New vents installed and a working remote operated extractor fan too.
Full habitation check carried out 20/06/24 and is available upon request. Damp is drying out already as leak was fixed when we replaced all the skylights early 2024, current MC as of 27/08/2024 is between 6% to 15% in all the previously affected areas.
